| A FEW WORDS ABOUT SIZE: No one can perfectly predict the size a puppy will be full-grown. We base our estimates on the size of the parents and the size of pups from past litters. Sometimes puppies will pick up genes from previous generations and be larger or smaller than their parents. We can make better estimates on size when pups are 5-6 weeks old, and we may adjust our prices accordingly. We will not raise the price if a deposit is already placed on a puppy. |

| All Puppies on our site are born and raised here. WE WILL NOT BE POSTING OTHER BREEDERS PUPPIES. We own BOTH parents and generally have past siblings of your puppy here to see, that we have kept back. On occasion we may use an outside stud service and we will have all information on the stud used. Breeder retains the right to FIRST choice of ANY litter produced. And I have the right to refuse service to ANYONE that I dont feel will be the appropriate home for one of my babies. |
